Halloween is here again

It is a year now when this pics were published on one of the most popular blogs in the word, the LIB. The picture of Stella Damasus was posted at 10pm 31 November 2014, before the next 2hours of the post about 100persons had already commented. A comment caught my attention, and I wish I should share it with you as this controversial picture 'clocks' a year tomorrow.

"the origin of halloween is not all about giving candy like u said is celebration of witches $ wizard originated in paganism,In ancient Britain and Ireland, the Celtic Festival of Samhain was observed on October 31, at the end of summer…. The souls of the dead were supposed to revisit their homes on this day and the autumnal festival acquired sinister significance, with ghosts, witches, goblins, black cats, fairies and demons of all kinds said to be roaming about. It was the time to placate the supernatural powers controlling the processes of nature. In addition, Halloween was thought to be the most favorable time for divinations concerning marriage, luck, health, and death. It was the only day on which the help of the devil was invoked for such purposes. U can make ur reserch $ learn more about halloween is strictly evil is witches $ wizard christmas not of GOD.so stop making fool of ur self stella" by Ifeanyi Obiora

  1. Of course, Halloween is all about demons, ghosts, the deads and every scary & spooky stuffs u could ever imagine! In other words, it's of the devil; & it's bn celebrated on Oct. 31. Over here in New Jersey, the school district is rather celebrating what they termed "Fall Celebration" & not halloween today Oct. 30th (and not on Halloween day, oct. 31st)and Parents were strictly prohibited from sending in scary or any weapon images for their kids. I allowed my kids to simply participate in a school activity based on the facts that they are only to put on positive characters' costumes like a Princess, a soldier and kids' fav. Comic characters. Above all, it is not done on Halloween. So, I dnt feel we re celebrating Halloween neither would we ever.
