An abundance of hearts and cupid cutouts in schools, malls, and other public places marks the arrival of Valentine’s Day. However, while Africans go outing to watch movies, comedy houses and beach with love ones to celebrate Valentine’s Day, Americans celebrate the day with hearts, flowers, and chocolates. There are places in the world where Valentine’s Day is not quite as fluffy.
