How to Feel Good, Fantastic, Terrific and Wonderful

I t is normal to feel hurt as humans, but abnormal to dwell in whatever it is that is making us feel bad. Just a little smile☺can do us lots of good by making us relax our nerves. You may be experiencing defeat, bereavement,  failure,  betrayal,  brutality,  humiliation, lack, frustration, fear of whatever kind; why not just pause at this moment and take a deep breath? Focus your breath on relaxing your mind. Imagine yourself feeling terrific,  wonderful, fantastic,  great, victorious,  joyous,  full of life, enthusiastic, fit, bubbling, and happy.
