Like a first date, I fell in love with Blogging
Like a first date, I fell in love with blogging when I first heard of it; it was more than getting your attention to read about this post. I felt I wasn't a failure anyway, that I could express my emotional experiences and I had a sigh of relief.
You have heard Kim Kardashian said, "I hardly drink, I go to church on Sundays" and what next, no body cares... The question has always been how did you manage to get to where you are now. For me, it has always been providence leading me all through. I never blogged until I heard someone talking enthusiastically about a young lady who had been the talk of the town... I felt someone must have payed these people to talk about a person like the way they did. It was quite surprising, the name sounded so native and simple "Linda Ikeji" that I decided to research and found out what made this success minded lady special. I read her profile; it was in fact crazy to stand out exceptionally.
It has been Divine Providence all the Way
It was shocking and more surprising to learn of her humble beginning that Linda Ikeji was once addressed as a "Failed Model"; I remembered many a times I had been addressed as a failure and one who cannot communicate effectively. I didn't look at Linda Ikeji's blog page twice that something within whispered that I could be a blogger.
In order to break out from my shell, I registered MR. KEN'S WORLD (MKW) with the URL www.kennethobasi.blogspot.com and the next is what you are seeing today. I have not resisted people who had one time or the other discouraged me that blogging is just a waste of time, as I would be bold enough to say that I have improved so much on my little knowledge of website building, strategic planning, time management, innovative ideas, sales, investment, quality control, personal development, skills and more things ahead.
My greatest motivation has been criticisms, both constructive and otherwise. My family and friends like you reading this post now, have been the source of my encouragement. I feel very happy each time I see someone share their little comments, mostly constructive criticisms. It goes a long way to spur the beast of creative art in me, that everything comes naturally each time I place my fingers on the key board.
In all these, I have sublimated my fears, doubts, and creative abilities to something more fruitful, promising and healthily. Friends, I will still choose to be a blogger if there would be anything like re-incarnation, because I know life on earth is just too little to share all I have to share with you through blogging.
