How to Feel Good, Fantastic, Terrific and Wonderful

It is normal to feel hurt as humans, but abnormal to dwell in whatever it is that is making us feel bad. Just a little smile☺can do us lots of good by making us relax our nerves.

You may be experiencing defeat, bereavement,  failure,  betrayal,  brutality,  humiliation, lack, frustration, fear of whatever kind; why not just pause at this moment and take a deep breath?

Focus your breath on relaxing your mind. Imagine yourself feeling terrific,  wonderful, fantastic,  great, victorious,  joyous,  full of life, enthusiastic, fit, bubbling, and happy.

 It sounds automatic switching from bad mood to happy mood right? This is not just one of those internet facades, it is all about you taking control of your life, and of course not as easy as turning your weakness into strength sounds. Read the book of Proverbs (4:23). It is a choice;  we become what our heart dwell on all the time. Some folks call it 'The Law of Attraction'. Whatever it is, you can change that urgly situation by choosing to be disciplined from now.

Some of us get angry all the time while most of us hardly get angry but would burst into volcanic rage at a slit provocation. Such feeling of hurt can be debilitating when we can no longer control our unhelpful situation. No body gets rewarded for breaking rules; there are nature's ways of getting us survive difficult times, which we need to seek and find. For anyone who seeks shall find.

You need to get to the root of what is making you feel hurt from the inside, but be very careful to engage in brain storming rather than engage in endless worrying. One can engage in support group to enable one dig and find out what has gone wrong.

During brain storming session write out everything you think you really need that would make you happy and become a better person; define them in clear terms and start focusing on them. Do not focus on the  negative triggers that had cause you to break down at the first place.

Describe how you want your life to be by expressing your good intentions with positive affirmations. Reward your feelings with cheerful expression of smiles ☺

One good reason why one cannot compromise maintaining mental wellbeing is because of the correlation between hurt feelings and coronary diseases,  and worse for those who already have heart disease.

Trust me, you do not want to be dead when life is beginning to get interesting...
