DIRTY JOBS PAY!!!
I almost ran into an hot spot trying to convince a complete gentleman today, that you need to get your hands dirty if you really want to make it big. No apologies that he took me literally. Come to think about it, the most dirtiest job is never a sewer inspector or an embalmer, yet they make a whole lot of money for what any child would not want to ever dream of becoming.
Take a look at that man out there, he has to get his a*s dirty to get his job done; all he needs to do is to get the right tools to get to the top, otherwise he ends up half dead before his time.
Working on oil rig long hours, spending time away from your family and getting your hands dirty can pay big bulks when you realize that your reward is at the edge of the plough. There is no dignity in washing of dish, but someone has to get one's hand dirty to fill a hungry stomach free of bacteria. You don't want to get sick because you are hungry right?
My kinda job is not hundred percent free of dirty, but I like it. I like it when I clean my laptop with brushes each morning; dressed on suit with corporate tie. Drag my feet along the steps of the staircase and boss over my team mates, no! work with my team mates, because I can not do without them.
Sometimes I like to get my hands dirty, while working safely. Working smartly is not always working with nitrile gloves. I sign lots of documents in my air conditioned office that mostly favours microbes ubiquity. Sometimes I sneeze, because I like sneezing, I would always make sure I double it. Because my hands were dirty, and would always want to find their way to the mouth, ear, nose through my arteries, I rather use the restroom, wipe my hands and get back to the job doing the same dirty job all over again and again.
Dangerous working conditions, being stuck out in a confined space and getting your hand dirty would always be a part of life to get jobs done. It doesn't matter if you are that s*x worker or a top politician, or even a rig worker, all that is important is to achieving your set target. Next time do not ask me why I am putting on coveralls, safety shoes, or gloves if you would not give me one, because I am getting my hands dirty to get the job done, while working safely.
SPECIAL THANKS
A special thanks to my management team and staff of the future generation heroes and heroins for awarding me the most compliant safety staff of the year 2016 this day. I love you all.
