For peace I am:

But when I speak,

They are for war.

I seek for peace,

Peace I seek for:

But what I found,

An ocean of war.

In war I died,

I died in war:

In peace I live,

I live in peace.

Through pain and laughter,

I earn nothing but rafter:

Hack my pain to death,

I am happy ever after.
